organizing a national conference on “Recent trends in Energy Conservation in
Power Systems” on 3rd April 2019. All the selected papers
will be published in National Conference Proceedings, EPCET. Please give wide

ABOUT ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was
established in the year 2009. The course encompasses various aspects of
Electrical and Electronics fields such as Power and Industrial Electronics,
Advance Control System, Solid State Relays and Protection, Microcontroller
Application and Computer Application to Power System Studies, High Voltage
Studies.
The Department has the state-of-the-art laboratories such as
Machines Lab, Power System Simulation Lab, Relay Lab and High Voltage lab,
Circuits and simulation Lab, Microcontroller Lab, CAED lab and Basic Electrical
Engineering Lab. The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
currently offers UG programme with an intake of 120 students. The programme of the
Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering is tuned according to
different requirements and current needs of the industry.

700 beds has unmatching facilities in the region. The Hospital is catering to
the health needs of thousands of people residing over a distance of around 100
kms. After completion of three years of successful incorporation, East Point
Medical College has started functioning under affiliation of Rajiv Gandhi
Health University with the approval of Medical Council of India. Fresh
admission of 150 students has been done and future Doctors are sculpturing
